INVENTORY DELIVERY IN FEBRUARY/MARCH.**
The Mt. Idaho Direct Beef 1/4 of a beef is approximately 100 to 130lbs of beef. The beef will be delivered in one shipment to you at a scheduled time. Actual charged price will be based on delivered weight.
General Description of the Beef
About 40-50% (40-50lbs) - is Hamburger and Stew Meat
About 20-25% (20-25lbs) - is 3lb roasts (Chuck and Rump Roast)
About 20-25% (20-25lbs) - is Steaks (New York, Tenderloin, Ribeye, Sirloin, Round Steak, Cube Steak) - we cut some of the Round Steak into easy to cook fajita style cuts.
**Order requires either full or partial payment to secure delivery. Full payment is required prior to the delivery date. Upon confirmation of the processing date, you will be notified of a delivery date.
