If you have capacity in your freezer and prefer one large delivery, join with our Mt. Idaho Beef Direct program. You can purchase your beef direct and receive it in one delivery by selecting this option. You can purchase in ¼ beef options with scheduled delivery.

Select the amount of beef that best meets your family's hunger for high quality all natural (no-hormone and no-antibiotic) and humanely raised beef.

We are taking orders for February and March delivery dates currently.  Simply select the high quality beef you want and make the intial deposit, and come spring you can enjoy a freezer full of some of the highest quality beef in the area. Full payment is due prior to the delivery date.  We will invoice the remaining balance once a delivery date is chosen.
