The Mt. Idaho Direct Beef Full Beef is approximately 400 to 525lbs of beef. The beef will be delivered in one shipment to you at a scheduled time. Actual charged price will be based on delivered weight.

About 40-50% (160-265lbs) - is Hamburger and Stew Meat
About 20-25% (80-130lbs) - is 3lb roasts (Chuck, Tri-Tip, Rump Roast)
About 20-25% (80-130lbs) - is Steaks (New York, Tenderloin, Ribeye, Sirloin, Round Steak, Cube Steak) - we cut some of the Round Steak into easy to cook fajita style cuts.
Order requires either full or partial payment to secure delivery. Full payment is required prior to the delivery date. Upon confirmation of the processing date, you will be notified of a delivery date.
